Anna Heche and Anne Lockhart

Anne Celeste Heche is an American actress who is known for her wide variety of roles in film, television, and theatre. The actress received many awards, including the Daytime Emmy Award and a National Board of Review Award. Anne Celeste Heche (May 25 1969 - August 11, 2022) was an American actress. Her first fame was for playing twins Vicky Hudson (left) and Marley Love (right), in the show Another World (1987-1991). This role won her two Soap Opera Digest Awards, as well as a Daytime Emmy Award. In the late 1990s she became more prominent with the character in the film Donnie Brasco, a crime drama. Anne Lockhart (born Anne Kathleen Maloney June 6, 1953) is an American actress from the United States. She is best known for playing Lieutenant Sheba in her role in the Battlestar Galactica television series (1978-1979). Her mother is actress June Lockhart. Lockhart's professional career started very in the beginning. Her first role was aged four, when she appeared in T is for Tumbleweed. This short subject film was selected for the academy award. The mother and daughter sat down for a lot of time together on set, learning about the industry. Lockhart was even in several Lassie episodes. The first film she appeared in came out as Dora in Jory in 1972. The Sixth Sense starred her as the Joan Crawford daughter at age 18. This was her last role as an actor. Anne declined the role of Laurie Strode in John Carpenter's Halloween the year 1978. Jaime Lee Curtis later played the part. Carpenter tells us that she was in his thoughts to play the character but she turned it down. the role. Anne can't remember John Carpenter having contacted her nor offering the role. It is possible that one of her agents rejected the offer for her without informing her. Glen Larson chose her initially and then sent her a draft written script. She was to appear in the TV series Battlestar Galactica, which aired beginning in 1978. She originally rejected the position because she felt that the character wasn't strong enough. Glen was later able to write a character for her which starred an extremely strong character named Sheba. After having read the initial 25 pages of the The Living Legend script, The Living Legend she accepted immediately. The film ran for one season. The actress co-starred on Joyride with Desi Arnaz Jr., Melanie Griffith (the daughter of Desi Arnaz Jr. and Lucille Bell), Robert Carradine and Melanie Griffith in 1977 and in The Dark Tower with Michael Moriarty (1987).
