Aspen Ladd first began training in combat sports at the age of 14 years old. Along with BJJ as well, she was also trained in wrestling, boxing and kickboxing. Invicta FC 28 was her final bout with the club. Invicta FC 22 saw Sijara Eubanks beaten by a unanimity. The debut of Aspen Ladd's UFC debut came in UFC Fight Night 118 when she took on Lina Lansberg. Yana Knitskaya, in the UFC 7 ESPN 7's final round, was defeated by Randamie. She faced Norma Dumont as a substitute in her last fight with the UFC at UFC Fight Night 195. The decision was made unanimously in her favor.
